Great piece, you have captured the light and shape of the room perfectly. It so life-like, the abandoned hall seems like it's taking a destructive course, left untouched by the inhabitants I presume. The streaks of wood having a subtle light green, becoming fainter to the left where it is not as open to light. An outline of an doorway, perhaps made of oak is not made the main feature, but it adds more interest and mystery with its distance. The flooring does reveal some parts of its former self with a light brown colored texture resembling this. Contrasting with a large hole in the wall at the far end of the picture. House-hold objects are left scattered, the owner might have been in a rush to leave. Every piece you do, Chael, there is always some sort of story or something that makes your audience think, one similarity I have notice between every art work you do. Congratulation on another excellence piece my friend.
